6月22日，美國(guó)佐治亞理工學(xué)院教授Daivid Seung-Kyum一行到訪天昱進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流，并在張海鷗教授的引導(dǎo)下參觀了天昱的數(shù)字展廳和智能化設(shè)備，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)重點(diǎn)介紹“微鑄鍛銑合一”3D打印設(shè)備。
佐治亞理工學(xué)院（Georgia Institute of Technology,Georgia Tech或GT），建校于1885年，位于亞特蘭大市中心。佐治亞理工學(xué)院Georgia Institute of Technology是美國(guó)南部最大的公立理工學(xué)院，是也是全美最頂尖的理工學(xué)院之一，有“南部MIT”的美譽(yù)，全球排名僅次于麻省理工學(xué)院。Georgia Tech下屬的航空系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（Aerospace System Design Laboratory，簡(jiǎn)稱ASDL）承擔(dān)了美國(guó)政府的一些機(jī)密的重大科研項(xiàng)目，例如幫助航空制造公司攻克設(shè)計(jì)先進(jìn)商用飛機(jī)的技術(shù)問(wèn)題，為美國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)制定詳細(xì)的登錄月球和火星的預(yù)算，以及為美國(guó)空軍研發(fā)最先進(jìn)戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)等。
Daivid Seung-Kyum對(duì)智能微鑄鍛銑合一技術(shù)十分看好，表示未來(lái)一定在很多工業(yè)領(lǐng)域得到應(yīng)用。
